Ian Greening, doing what he does best

Ian greening is a true artist, he collaborates with his clients to create one of a kind custom artwork that will project a story and evoke emotion in a timeless fashion.

His tattoos are highly regarded by fellow tattoo professionals as well as his worldwide clientele.

So far Ian has won five international awards for his black and grey, color, tribal and portrait tattoos at the Toronto, Maritimes, and Montreal tattoo conventions.

When Ian is not at his studio he can be found at a nearby zoo helping with the socialization of exotic animals such as tigers, lynx, wolves, lions, and cougars. Several times per year Ian brings the baby animals to the shop to meet and greet his customers and educate them regarding the impact we have on their habitat.

Ian's hobbies also include bungee jumping, caving and going to the gun club to practice shooting for I.P.S.C. (International Practical Shooting Confederation).

Tara Timoon, enjoying a custom piece

Born and raised in Mississauga, Tara has spent the last four years living and tattooing in the fabulous city of Ottawa, but has recently returned home to the GTA.

Tara mostly enjoys working with colour. A lot of her tattoos are old school inspired with her own, personal twist, but she also enjoys colour realism. Pin ups and faces are a personal favourite, regardless of the style.

Reference is always welcomed, but Tara prefers to custom draw each piece, so she enjoys meeting and chatting with a client before drawing something up.

If you would like a custom piece by Tara, please call, e mail, or
swing by the shop anytime!

Mr. Ian Greening entered my office in the spring of 2001 with a plan.
He wanted to request funding as an artist.  We talked in detail.

He showed me samples of his work, No doubt, there was real talent there.

The thing that separated Ian from other artists was his choice of canvas. Ian drew and painted on people’s bodies.

This had made accessing funding very difficult, as society often tends to frown upon tattoo artists.

A visit to “Artistic Integrity” found Mr. Ian Greening at work.  Between booking appointments and working on his next design, the shop was busy.

Mr. Greening received a Métis Cultural Economic Development Grant almost six years ago and was then able to open the doors to the home of Artistic Integrity at 314 Lakeshore Blvd East, in beautiful Port Credit, Mississauga, Ontario.

He has since contributed to his local community by sponsoring little league teams and giving presentations to college students on entrepreneurship.
